Terms of service

By using Vadapav Mirchi by Geeta's website or ordering from us, you agree to these terms. They're plain-English by design.

The basics

• You must be 16 or older (or use the site with adult supervision).
• One account per person. Don't share your password.
• Don't try to break, abuse, or scrape our service. We log it.

Orders & payments

• Prices on the menu are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payment via Stripe. We don't store your card details.
• If we can't fulfill your order (e.g. an item runs out), we'll notify you and refund the difference.

Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are estimates — traffic and demand can shift them.
• If your delivery is unreasonably late or arrives in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right.

Refunds & cancellations

• You can cancel an order before our kitchen has accepted it from your order detail page or by calling us.
• Once we've started preparing, refunds are at our discretion.
• For quality issues, contact support within 24 hours and we'll refund or remake.

Loyalty & coupons

• Coupons are single-use unless stated otherwise. They can't be combined with other promotions.
• Loyalty points have no cash value and may expire after 12 months of inactivity.
• We reserve the right to revoke promotional rewards if we detect abuse.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to refunding the price of the order in question.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
